1.On Sunday I had a swim meet in Taupo. I was nearing the end of my 200 breast. At this point in the race everything hurt, but I had to keep going, I was showing Resilient. And it worked! I had been trying to beat the club record for months, and I smashed it! I needed a 3.19.18 and I got a 3.18.85.
2. Also on Sunday I was being friendly by cheering on my teammates.
3.I was being aware of others by booking into a Wednesday workshop that didn't have much people in it.
