T4 Wk 8 Blog Mission Christmas Present

There is only one way to open a Christmas present correctly.

First, you grab your present

Then, you read the card (if there is one)

And lastly, rip open your present and have a face full of joy! (Sometimes faked).

T4 Wk 7 Blog Mission Poem

Mushrooms, they are really not cool.
Every time I smell them I have to leave the room.
The top is like the moon and the bottom is stubby.
My least favourite mushrooms are big and chubby.
Like Santa, he's a real chubby bunny.
It's a fungi, it's not really fun guys.
Every time you eat them you get a surprise.
Like a present, you find under your tree.
Except if it's a present, it will fill you with glee.
They're really disgusting I hate the stuff.
I think my rhymes done I've had enough.

T4 Wk 7 Blog Mission "Christmas Talent Show"

The is a girl that loves dancing. She wants to show off to her dad but he is too busy with work. She thinks he is not watching but at the end he "dances" with her.

Her passion is dancing. Everywhere she goes she is dancing.

Because he is work caught up with work.

I think her mum died when she gave birth to her daughter.

I would say have your kids go first before work.

She thinks he is telling her "not now" or "go away, I'm working".

T4 Wk6 Blog Mission #4

What would the world be like.....
If kids had tails, they would be hanging from them everywhere.
If leaves were fish people would never go hungry.
If toes were teeth, every time you stubbed your "toe" you would have to go to the dentist for a chipped tooth.

T4 Wk 6 Blog Mission #1

A school in Auckland has cancelled their end of year school prizegiving due to the issue of inequality...

A school in Auckland has cancelled their prizegiving because they believe that it isn't fair that some academically gifted students get praised and other students don't. But then they will keep the sports prizegiving and not award the sport challenged people.

I believe that students who excel in their field of work should be rewarded. The people that don't get rewarded, look up to the others and have a goal to be like them.

Positives: There is a fair playing field, there are no favourites, people don't feel left out.

Negatives: People don't get praised for their achievements, non-sport skilled people get left out and get no prizes.

Who Invented The First Shopping Cart

Sylvan Goldman was the person who invented the shopping cart on the 4th June 1937. Sylvan was also the owner of the Humpty Dumpty supermarket chain in Oklahoma. It was said that one night he sat in his office, wondering how customers might move their groceries.

Sylvan invented it in Oklahoma City with help from his engineer friend Fred Young. The first cart was based on the design of the foldable chair. It was invented so customers can carry more groceries while doing their shopping.

In 1946 the cart changed. The back of it hinged the rear panel so trolleys could be put together for storage. The Telescope cart was made in 1949 and still remains the model for most carts today. In 1954 the fold-down seat was made so parents could spend more time looking at the shelve and not worrying about their kids. The cart was very very similar to the ones there are today.
